Barceloneta Beach is one of the closest beaches to Barcelona and it’s one of the easiest beaches to get to. You can walk from the city center or take the yellow line metro to the beach. It can be a crowded beach but is a long, fairly wide beach lined with restaurants and bars.

Bogatell Beach

At Barcelona’s Bogatell Beach you’ll find plenty of people rollerblading, cycling, and jogging. Bogatell Beach is one of Barcelona’s more tranquil beaches – you’ll also find less bars, cafes and restaurants at this beach than Barcelona’s other beaches. Bogatell beach is close to Barcelona’s Olympic Port and is separated from neighboring beaches by stone breakwaters.

Mar Bella Beach

Mar Bella Beach is Barcelona’s watersports beach. Head over the Mar Bella Beach if you are interested in windsurfing, kayaking and the like.

Nova Icaria Beach

The Nova Icaria Beach is close to Barcelona’s Olympic Marina and has plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes.
